On February 14th, a court in Lago Agrio, Ecuador ruled in favor of the residents of the Amazonian rainforest who have spent the last 18 years trying to force Chevron to clean up their deadly mess. Finally, Chevron’s guilt is official.
Now it is time for Chevron to take responsibility for the environmental and public health damages that they caused.
